  • Sip warm water or ginger tea throughout the day

  • Stick to a regular routine, especially sleep

  • Avoid skipping meals (this increases Vata)

  • Warm oil on the soles of your feet before bed (try sesame oil!)

  • Rest in a dark room with light pressure on the forehead during a migraine
