To help us serve everyone effectively, we kindly ask you to review our cancellation and appointment policy below: Same-Day Cancellations: Appointments canceled on the same day are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. No exceptions. Cancellations with 48-Hour Notice: If you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, you are eligible for a 50% refund of the total service fee and may reschedule your session. Accompaniment Policy: Due to the intimate nature of our therapies and space limitations, we do not allow clients to bring guests into the therapy space. Only minors or individuals with mobility impairments may be accompanied by one adult. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. These policies help us maintain a serene environment and honor the time and healing journey of each client.
