To ensure fairness and efficiency, we have established the following cancellation policy: Same Day Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment on the same day, no refund will be provided and rescheduling will not be possible. No exceptions. Cancellations Two Days Prior: If you cancel your appointment at least two days before the scheduled time, you will receive a 50% refund of the total service fee and you will have the option to reschedule your appointment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. This policy helps us manage our schedule effectively and ensures that all clients have the opportunity to experience our services.
